Slated to open October 28th, the Museum of Food and Drink will focus on the science and history of what we consume every day.

Located in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, the museum is the brainchild of David Arnold, known for his use of liquid nitrogen in preparing creative cocktails.  The concept had an initial trail run last year at World Maker Faire in Queens with a replica of the "puffing gun" used in creating many breakfast cereals which was a hit.

The museum will host one interactive exhibit at a time with the inaugural one being "Flavor: Making It & Faking It." For more infomration, visit the MOFAD's website.
