The Clean Tech Competition theme for 2015 "Feed the World" asks students to develop clean energy solutions to address the issue of inadequate food supplies around the world.  Each team will identify a specific food-related problem in the world.  They will then research and explain the impact it has on health, economics and/or environmental conditions, investigating and analyzing the causes.  Based on this information, the team will then design and explain a solution.

10 Finalist teams will be selected to receive a $200 stipend to create a prototype of their solution which will be presented at the Finalist Event in Philadelphia, PA.  

Winners will receive:

1st place: $10,000

2nd place: $7,000

3rd place: $5,000

4th - 10th places: $1,000

All Finalists will receive $1,000 grant for their school.
